The Other World: Other than the Human World

Be watchful in that small happening, coz there’s a mystery hiding.

Manyayap, is treated as Paradise of Paril residents. It comes from the word “makuyapyap” or the flow of water and “ iniyapyap” or the carrier of the dead bodies drown by the flood, said by Rufino Codoy, a resident that left a story in the said place.
According to the story, the entrance of this place is very unique. It is full of flowers with different colors. The entrance of Stone Mountain is carved like an a door of a church and the stones were also formed like an altar. The silence of the surroundings is broke by the flow of the water. The forest trees are bending with each other that it seems like they are whispering each other.
They said, long time ago, the people in this place borrowed things they wanted in any kind of pigging. They said, “Just whisper all you wanted, and it will just appear right next to you”. You can borrow anything but for the assurance that you will return it. One day, the borrower didn’t return the things they borrowed. And that incident was followed by several times. From then on, they were not allowed to borrow anything from that place. The unreturned things were turn into something. The plates become stones and the wedding gowns were turned into dried banana leaves.
One albulary said that a group of youth went to Paril because they were energized by the loud disco music in that place, to their surprise the place was as quite as 12 midnight. Another unbelievable happening is that, one midnight a resident that resides near Manyayap was awake by the loud music. When he step out from his house, he was amazed to gazed upon the said place. Instead of darkness, all he see was lights of different colors. The trees were covered with lights. And the physical setting of that place that moment was different as what the people see during day time.
One story teller shared the experience that a man was trying to catch a fish near Manyapyap in a sundown. But the relatives of that man didn’t find him anymore. Another incident that happens is that whenever somebody will be drown in the flood, they will always run to Manyapyap and they will find it there.
At some shared experience, when you want to take a photo in that place, don’t be alone, because if you do, you will be with another creation. One time a lady was taking a photo, when the picture was developed, she was surprised to see that she was with a man who carried a skeleton of a human.
Unbelievable but partly true! Are all of these is just a fiction or a fact? Who are responsible in doing these mysteries? If it is just a tale, then why I personally experience it! Hearing loud music with dj’s during rainy Friday nights. I don’t believe it but I can’t help it. Only the Creator knows the mysteries of His creation.
